OUR RETURNS POLICY


RETURNS PROCEDURE

1. Please e-mail
returns@lisat-cashmere.com.

2. Specify clearly your reasons for returning item(s).

3. We will contact you via e-mail with our decision.

4. If your request is accepted, we will attach in our e-mail a returns pro forma invoice with an RMA number and a returns address.

5. Please complete all sections of the returns pro forma invoice.

6. Please write down the RMA number on your Delivery Note enclosed with your order, and place this inside the parcel when returning item(s). Returned items without an RMA number will not receive a refund.

7. LisaT is not responsible for any item(s) returned without proof of posting. You must send your item to the returns address by recorded delivery at your own cost as well as additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

8. Please ensure that all security tags are intact and in the condition that they were originally found. We will not offer a refund on any items with security tags that are cut, damaged or tampered with in any way.

9. We will notify you by e-mail once your returned item has been received and examined. If the item is returned in the condition that satisfies our criteria for re-sale, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

10. We will ensure a fair, objective and thorough assessment on the condition of your returned item(s), but our decision is final on whether the item is deemed suitable for re-sale and whether a subsequent refund or replacement will be offered.


RETURNS POLICY

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS. If you would like to order a different size, colour or style, you must first return your item for a refund as explained above and order your new item separately.

You must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of Dispatch Date.

Please return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all LisaT security tags still attached in the original state. Returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, stained or soiled in any way will not receive a refund.

Where included, corsages, detachable collars and accessories such as detachable cashmere rings, belts, dust bags and leather tags must also be returned, in order to receive a refund or a store credit.


RECEIVING A REFUND

All “non-sale items” returned will receive a refund; all “sale items” returned will receive a store credit valid for three months, excluding all shipping costs, international custom duties and sales taxes, which we deduct to cover the cost of our shipping service.

All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LisaT. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit together with security tags in original state. Corsage boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.


LATE RETURNS

You must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of Dispatch Date.

RMA requested after 10 days of the Dispatch Date may still be honoured but only at the sole discretion of LisaT Ltd.

Items should be returned within 7 days of the date of your RMA request.

Items returned after 7 days of receiving your RMA request may still be accepted but only at the sole discretion of LisaT Ltd, and customers may only receive a store credit valid for three months.
