HOW WE DELIVER

LisaT delivers to countries around the world, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below.

1. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (UK)
2. Parcelforce 24 Service (UK only)
3. Royal Mail International Signed For Service (Europe & ROW)

We are currently offering a free delivery service to the UK (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery only), Europe & ROW for purchases totaling £750 (GBP) or more. This service may however change from time to time and will be applied accordingly to your order during Checkout.


WHEN WE DELIVER

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, LisaT is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

1. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will require a signature on delivery.
2. Next day Delivery within UK, if you place your order before 1pm (Monday – Friday), we’ll dispatch it right away and you should receive it the following working day. Please make sure someone is in to sign for the delivery. For a small number of remote postcodes delivery will take 2 days.
3. Delivery for all European orders, we dispatch via 'Royal Mail International Signed For', this service should reach most of Europe within 5 days. For delivery outside the European Union, please use your tracking number to monitor shipping status.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

LisaT requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by LisaT and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes and duties are calculated during Checkout and will vary according to your shipping destination.
