TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LisaT Ltd website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the "TOS"). By visiting www.lisat-cashmere.com or www.lisat-cashmere.com/Shop/ or both you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the TOS.
For those persons wishing to use our services, they must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those services. In particular, we draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase, returns and refunds and our terms and conditions. We may modify the TOS from time to time and your continued use of this Site (or any of our other Sites) following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified TOS.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
LisaT Ltd reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
LisaT offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre.
Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
GIFT VOUCHERS
This Voucher is redeemable for £50 only with any purchase of LisaT Online merchandise on or above £200. This voucher can only be used once and each transaction is limited to one voucher.
This voucher is not exchangeable for cash. Items purchased with redemption of this voucher cannot be returned. This voucher is valid on or before the expiry date and shall be void upon its expiry.
LisaT Ltd is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers and is under no obligation to re-issue voucher under such circumstances. Photocopies will not be accepted.
LisaT Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this voucher without prior notice. Should any disputes arise, the decision of LisaT Ltd shall be final.
PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the site are in one of the following: GBP, Euro, HKD or USD and are inclusive of VAT.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices remain static for the duration of the selling period, allowing for a stable environment in which customers from all over the world can shop (except when discounts are applied during sales and promotional periods, where the discount rate may vary whilst stock last). Customers buying from outside the UK will also incur carriage costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Sterling, Euros, US Dollars or HK Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) will incur relevant import duty and tax, as well as shipping costs. The import duty and tax costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) will be charged for the items purchased only, as well as shipping costs.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has been authorized, you will receive an Order Receipt. A Dispatch Note will follow via e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and LisaT Ltd will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.
PAYMENT
LisaT uses RBS WorldPay and PayPal Payments to carry out its secure online payments and will not store any customer’s payment details on its servers.
For RBS WorldPay, payments can be made by Visa or MasterCard.
For PayPal Payments, payments can be made by credit or debit cards including MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo.
For PayPal account holders you can also make payments using PayPal.
For money laundering reasons, PayPal may impose spending limits for all non-PayPal users. In order to uplift this limit, simply set up a verified PayPal account.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If your transaction cannot be processed for any reason, including refusal by the issuer of your payment card to authorize payment, no items will be delivered.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
It is our policy at LisaT Cashmere to process your order as quickly as possible so that you receive your purchase in a timely manner.
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order tracking number.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
1. Please e-mail returns@lisat-cashmere.com
2. Specify clearly your reasons for returning item(s).
3. We will contact you via e-mail with our decision.
4. If your request is accepted, we will attach in our e-mail a returns pro forma invoice with an RMA number and a returns address.
5. Please complete all sections of the returns pro forma invoice.
6. Please write down the RMA number on your Delivery Note enclosed with your order, and place this inside the parcel when returning item(s). Returned items without an RMA number will not receive a refund.
7. LisaT is not responsible for any item(s) returned without proof of posting. You must send your item to the returns address by recorded delivery at your own cost as well as additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
8. Please ensure that all security tags are intact and in the condition that they were originally found. We will not offer a refund on any items with security tags that are cut, damaged or tampered with in any way.
9. We will notify you by e-mail once your returned item has been received and examined. If the item is returned in the condition that satisfies our criteria for re-sale, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
10. We will ensure a fair, objective and thorough assessment on the condition of your returned item(s), but our decision is final on whether the item is deemed suitable for re-sale and whether a subsequent refund or replacement will be offered.
RETURNS POLICY
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS. If you would like to order a different size, colour or style, you must first return your item for a refund as explained above and order your new item separately.
You must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of Dispatch Date.
Please return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all LisaT security tags still attached in the original state. Returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, stained or soiled in any way will not receive a refund.
Where included, corsages, detachable collars and accessories such as detachable cashmere rings, belts, dust bags and leather tags must also be returned, in order to receive a refund or a store credit.
RECEIVING A REFUND
All “non-sale items” returned will receive a refund; all “sale items” returned will receive a store credit valid for three months, excluding all shipping costs, international custom duties and sales taxes, which we deduct to cover the cost of our shipping service.
All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LisaT. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit together with security tags in original state. Corsage boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
LATE RETURNS
You must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of Dispatch Date.
RMA requested after 10 days of the Dispatch Date may still be honoured but only at the sole discretion of LisaT Ltd.
Items should be returned within 7 days of the date of your RMA request.
Items returned after 7 days of receiving your RMA request may still be accepted but only at the sole discretion of LisaT Ltd, and customers may only receive a store credit valid for three months.
COPYRIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content as herein described, including LisaT Software and all HTML and other code contained in this Site, shall remain at all times vested in LisaT and/or are the property of their respective owners. All such Content, including third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by LisaT and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.
CONTENT
In addition to the copyrights mentioned above, Content is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Site. LisaT Ltd tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. LisaT does not warrant or represent that LisaT’s Content is accurate, error-free or reliable or that your use of LisaT's Content will not infringe rights of third parties. Your use of the Web Site is at your risk. LisaT does not warrant that the functional aspects of the Web Site or LisaT's Content will be error free or that this Web Site, LisaT Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. If your use of this Web Site, or LisaT's Content results in the need for servicing or replacing property, material, equipment or data, LisaT is not responsible for those costs. While LisaT will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information it places on the Site, it makes no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to this Site, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through this Site including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.

You agree that, except for death and personal injury arising from our negligence, We will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with this contract, for any economic losses (including without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special or indirect or consequential losses in any case whether or not such losses were incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the TOS.
INDEMNIFICATION
At our request, you agree fully to defend, indemnify and hold LisaT harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TOS by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Site, or the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you hereunder.
OUR RELATIONSHIP
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and LisaT as a result of the TOS or your use of this Site. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of LisaT, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The TOS (as amended from time to time) constitutes the entire agreement between you and LisaT Ltd regarding your use of this Site, and supersedes any other agreement or understanding, arrangements, undertaking or proposal, written or oral, between you and LisaT Ltd in relation to such matters. In the event any other rules, code of conduct, or other matter posted on this Site conflicts with the terms of the TOS, the TOS shall govern. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of the TOS. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the TOS, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in the TOS and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of the TOS save that your agreement contained in this Clause shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the TOS.
NO WAIVER
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
GOVERNING LAW
The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
